SPRING TERM

We hope you had a lovely Christmas break. We are looking forward to starting a busy term. This term our big question is: How have Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole helped to make the world a better place?

In History we will be exploring why Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole are significant in British History and what hospitals and medicines were like in 1853.

In Science we will be learning about Animals including Humans. Specifically looking at animal groups, needs and offspring. We will also be learning about hygiene and how germs are spread.  

In Art we are looking at how we can use hot and cold colours in our drawings, collage and artwork.
