School Improvement
School improvement is an ongoing process for all schools; we recognise that no one person, school or Trust have all the answers and we value all staff in being part of the solution. In our Trust school improvement is focussed on the development of good relationships and trust, a strong understanding of each of our schools and their contexts and deep collaborative working that supports professional development and intellectual wellbeing.
‘Fierce kindness’ is a mantra we use to describe the honest and purposeful conversations we have to support and challenge each other, to ensure the best outcomes for all. Understanding our schools means that we can prioritise and direct support and capacity to meet the need of each school when they need it. Recognising and developing talent means that we can utilise the expertise we have within the Trust as well as looking outwards for wider support and challenge.
All our schools are RAG rated three times a year, with the input of Headteachers, against a range of criteria. Schools RAG rated green receive a universal offer, unless there are any significant changes. Schools rated amber or red receive additional bespoke support.
