Welcome from the Executive Headteacher

Welcome to the North Cotswold Schools Federation. I hope this website will give you an insight into our wonderful schools which are a privilege to lead. Each of our schools is unique and special but each with the strong foundation of our federation vision and values where every child is nurtured and cherished to shine and flourish as lights in our world.

Our federation began in September 2016 and has developed and grown in strength and opportunities for pupils during this time. As a federation of small schools we work together for large school benefits whilst maintaining our small school ethos. This has always been important to us. Each school retains their identity but benefits from collaborate working and support. Our federation structure allows us to have a wider leadership structure which creates stronger development across all of our schools for better pupil outcomes, whilst retaining our ambitious talented staff through opportunities for promotion.

Overtime we have been able to create new and valuable roles which support parents and pupils like our Pastoral Leader, Schools' Business Manager and Head of Sport and Well-being. These enable us to support our school community better and enhance the pupils' experiences and support.
